I ordered 2 accuaboost bottles...one for me and one for my wife. Our son recently purchased one and recommended we each get one, so we did. My wife's seemed to be working fine. However, on mine, the seals on the lid and base both came off. I tried putting them back in place, but the bottom portion leaked causing the hydrogenation process to sporadically turn on and off. I tried calling your customer sec dept, but they directed me to your email address. I've sent 2 emails and have not received a response. However, I have received 2 emails from your company asking me to basically rate your product. Seems like your priorities are messed up a bit. Maybe this will result in a response from your company.

After 1 week, the bottle would not cycle. It was fully charged. It would briefly turn blue and start adding bubbles, but then turn off. Emailed support and have not heard back.

I received a bottle that was shattered on arrival. I sent an email to customer support. It has been over a week with no response. I tried a follow up phone call, said they are too busy to take phone calls and to email them. I sent a second email and so far I have had 0 contact with any customer service. I'm beginning to think this was a large waste of money if they will not even respond to a faulty product being sent. Buyer Beware.

I normally do not drink a lot of water. Having the Accua Boost is an incentive to drink more and hopefully benefit from the hydrogenated water. It is made of high quality material.

Like the ease of making the water. However, and they don’t show anywhere on the site, the bottle is teeny tiny. You have to constantly refill and make the water. Not good if you are no where near clean filtered water. I now carry 2 bottles around with me when I will be out and about for a few hours. One large bottle to refill this tiny one
